Senior Media Planner

Reporting of the role:
 
This role reports to: Digital Hub Lead, OpenX team.  
 
As a Senior Regional Digital Planner, you will be reporting to the Digital Hub Lead and work very closely with our Local Market teams in ASP and the Hub Activation Nexus Teams.
 
Your primary responsibility is flawless delivery. That means coordinating with various teams to ensure digital campaigns that come from the market teams are well thought through, adhering to cost commitment benchmarks, monitor delivery and guide the Nexus activation teams on optimization.
 
Your job in essence is to:
  • Key role is to facilitate collaboration between key stakeholders to bring plans to activation
  • All plans need to be in line with Digital Planning principles and commitments
  • Own the Biddable plan delivery - from creating Wrike briefing for Nexus teams to ensuring campaigns are trafficked as per TCCC guidelines 
  • Work with Nexus teams to ensure Plans are delivered as per cost benchmarks, pacing as per planned numbers
  • Ensure delivery of regular weekly campaign reporting to clients calling out any optimizations needed to be made
  • Work with market teams to provide data and learnings during Post campaign analysis
  • Periodic review of learnings to continuously improve campaign planning process

  • Exceptional attention to detail: You have a deep sense of ownership of and commitment to your projects. You can spot when something isn’t right and get it sorted unprompted. 
 
Key Success Criteria:  
 
  • Performance Reporting- Work with Nexus to ensure all campaign reporting are delivered as per the new template provided. Media Ops to confirm receipt of the delivery 
  • Streamlined PCAs- based on the new reporting template, expectation is to streamline the Post campaign analysis 
  • Taxonomy- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure 100% Adoption of taxonomy 
  • Cost and Compliance Commitments- Quarterly tracking and measuring of our delivery against commitments 
  • Learning – Rolling up quarterly learning from campaigns 
 
Minimum qualifications:
 
  • Graduate degree relating to business/marketing/communication.
  • 2 - 3 years experience in media planning/digital media, preferably in a media agency
  • Experience and knowledge on SEM is a plus
  • Experience with adserving tools such as Sizmek & Double Click
  • Rigorous & comfortable with numbers
  • Great knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with meeting clients & great presentation skills
  • Passionate about media & digital media
  • You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and you thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment
